REFUNDS, RETURN & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel completely confident in your jewelry purchase and thrilled with your new piece. While we don’t accept returns on custom, engraved, or made-to-order designs, we offer the following options to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Returns: If your piece is in stock, you may return it in its original, unworn condition with all packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  • Customized Pieces: All personalized, made-to-order, or bespoke designs are considered final sale, but we’re happy to assist with adjustments like resizing within 30 days of delivery.

In certain cases, a small restocking fee may apply to cover the care and handling of high-value items.

If you have any questions or concerns, our team is here to guide you every step of the way. Your happiness matters to us, and we’re committed to ensuring your jewelry is as beautiful and meaningful as you imagined.


REPAIRS

If an item has been damaged and you are interested in a repair, please send a photo and description of the damage to  custom@renebarnes.com.

 

SHIPPING

We’re pleased to offer 2-day shipping on all domestic orders, so your fine jewelry arrives quickly and securely. As part of our commitment to delivering your items safely, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. This ensures that your valuable purchase isn’t left unattended at your doorstep. If you're unavailable to sign for your package, another delivery attempt will be made the next day. Alternatively, you can contact your local courier office to have the package rerouted to a different address or held for pickup at your convenience.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

  • Shipping within the U.S.: We charge a flat fee of $25 for 2-day FedEx shipping.

  • Shipping to Canada: The flat fee for shipping to Canada is $45.
